CMJA, CLA, CLEA Statement on the Attacks against the Independence of the Judiciary in Kenya

On 11 January 2024, following recent attacks against the independence of the judiciary in Kenya by the President and government officials in Kenya, and following on from other statements made by the Chief Justice, the Judicial Services Commission, the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Magistrates and Judges Association,  the CMJA, CLA, CLEA have issued the following joint statement:  CMJA-CLEA-CLA Statement on Kenya 11 January 2024.
